Aw, come on. I can understand ignoring the other thread, with a small link to one of my sites included. But it doesn't take that much time or effort to vote in the poll. It's a timely question. Or, if you think it's a dumb question... say so!

I'm thinking about making sales. Not decorating for Xmas.

I hate decorating for xmas.

Every year my wife makes me decorate the house with lights.

It's just  more work for me.

And now you suggest decorating my sites ?

It's not so much like decorating your house, as like getting your slice of Black Friday. Of course, if you don't sell anything that could (in any way shape or form) be a desirable present, it's probably a moot point. In my experience, such seasonal affectations help build return traffic and a positive relationship. YMMV, depending on your audience.
