My thoughts:

• "Success" is too general a subject. Generally speaking, the more focused your subject, the more interesting people will find it.
• Who are you? What qualifies you to talk about success? Why should a reader listen to you? Your "About" page still has the  boilerplate text that comes with WordPress and your posts aren't tagged with your name as the author.. If you were, perhaps, Mark Victor Hansen, you would have the standing to talk about success, but since we don't know who you are...
• Grammer, spelling and punctuation, when incorrectly applied, turn off many people. See one of my favorite posts by Seth Godin to understand why.
• Too many ads. I despise websites that are more about ads than they are about content.
• Irrelevant ads. "Yes, You Can Sing!" "Website Hosting" "Novel" "Build Your Own List" "Make Money Give Away" Free Sample" -- nothing here relates to a central, core theme, except possibly that too-broad subject of "success."
• Clutter. Mostly caused by too many ads. Also caused by the other widgets you have.
• Get your own domain. It will make you look more professional and help with SEO.
• The popup box is annoying. Something like Action Popup will give you more options, like only showing up after a longer period of time.
