Many people just lurk until there is something worth posting about.   This is one of those times.   It happens in lots of forums, not just this one. 

That sure does happen, but in this case, both of us can look at the profile pages of these new members and see when they registered.  Mentioning that might seem like a "tactic" to you, but you don't know me and I don't know you.

One tactic that I have seen over and over is a bunch of new people joining a forum, all interested in talking about the same thing, and magically sharing the same opinions.  It happens a lot - usually to promote some turd of a product or service, but I moderate in forums too, and we've caught vendors doing that not just to promote their products, but to trash their competitors too.

Riiiiight. . .  one day you're on the Warrior Forum hijacking threads, threatening to publish this "big discovery" of yours the next day.  The next day, it's published.

So, which is more likely?

1) That you did exactly what you said you were going to do on the Warrior Forum. . .  that YOU stuck "Andrew Jenkins" in the author field of the PDF that YOU put up on the website that YOU set up right after you got banned from the Warrior Forum.
or
2) Andy Jenkins, who wasn't interested in this being public at all one day, decided to publish it the next day, and make it LOOK like you did it. . .

I mean, it probably made sense at the time, to use the name that's on the document. . .  not a name that the person you're attacking actually uses, unless he's filing some stuff in court and has to, but I'm sure it seemed really clever at the time.

Of course, it probably also seemed like the anonymity was going to hold up too.

I swear on my 2 children's testicles I'm not the owner of this StompedNet website. And may I, my wife, and my 2 children die violent deaths if I'm the owner of that site. I have nothing at all to worry about as I'm not the owner.

My bombshell was that employees of StomperNet haven't been paid in months AND StomperNet is indeed in receivership status... employees have been given IOUs in lieu of payment. But when reading the lawsuit PDF, Andy gives us verification of what I already knew privately. That was my bombshell.

Funny how the Warrior Forum is deleting this news as soon as it pops up... and no, it's not me posting there -- I've been banned. I can only view.

And I can't wait to find out who "TruthBeTold" is. Something tells me there's an interesting connection to "Andy."

Here's an idea.

If stompernet really is in bankruptcy, you whould be able to find the filings online.  That database is called PACER.

This is pretty amusing.        I never heard of the "delphic technique" before, but in his email Markus described it like this:

I've read this thread with some amusement, and after following most of the links, with some horror as well.

I've collected the names mentioned and put them on my new list of folks I will never deal with, nor recommend to anyone (other than an official investigator).  In addition, I will be checking all my archived emails (I have many 10s of thousands of them on file, more than 10-years worth) and memberships for others linking to them (for money) and start questioning their ethics and integrity.  I will doggedly pursue all the "evil doers" until I am satisfied that I have the worst of the lot listed.

FYI: I have been building and running off-line, B&M businesses for about 50 years, and have been on-line for the last 12 or so running the old 'Entrepreneur Group' on MSN.  Once I have all my facts and information double-checked, I will be starting an extended discussion on my own forum about on-line cons, scams, scammers and rip-offs.  I intend to name names and provide as much proof and details as I can.  I have taken appropriate screen captures, archived pages (the internet archive is handy for some of that) and whatever else I can dig up.

I'm not an anti-scammer nut-job, but in my dealings with a lot of newbie's to the internet and business in general, I feel like they deserve as much information as one can provide so they do not get ripped off.

I should note, I do what I do in consulting with and advising entrepreneurs as a purely philanthropic endeavor. The same applies my long-time friends and associates on the board. We have nothing to sell but ourselves, give freely of that which we know to be factual - and are completely self-funded too.  Simply, no-one can buy a thing from (or through) us, so our information is totally unbiased, and is based on personal experience in the real business world, not some old, rehashed info easily found and resold all over the net.

NB: In my not-so-humble opinion, and based on extensive reviews of what they are actually selling, this recycled stuff comprises the vast majority of what the "gurus" seem to be offering. Any well-stocked public library has most of this, and much more as well. (A famous quote about "nothing new under the sun" comes to mind. )
