Sadly, they are amongst us.
As an internet marketer you have to trust people that you don't meet face to face.

The whole sales (and post-sales support) process is built around trust.
You don't know how things will shape up -- for good or bad -- when people face issues.

Most of you know me from Giveaway Manager 2 - along with Guido Nussbaum -- we had a lot interest in this product when we launched 2 years ago.

There was a hacker who went by numerous aliases and did us a bit of free publicity until we shamed him out of his role. Only problem is, I'm sure he is still in the IM scene, just with another alias ...

So I guess my main point here is that a lot of damage can be done online, despite our own efforts to keep the trust levels up.

Unless forums like this exist, we would never know. Thanks !
