We have a few really simple rules to follow which (if you use common sense) requires no extra brain power whatsoever.
If you violate a rule, you'll be issued a warning.
If you violate the rules repeatedly, you'll be removed.
I know the
Entrepreneurial Success Forum is a fun, lively and entertaining place, but occasionally there are people that are somewhat brain-damaged, and our moderators have
full rights to remove you if you refuse to comply with the rules. If you feel you have been unfairly removed, you may submit a request to the Admin to appeal the decision. I will review the threads in question, discuss the decision made by the moderator, and make a final decision within 48 hours.
*Please keep in mind that the moderators have been carefully selected, and their decision will be upheld unless significant evidence is shown that a decision was made in error.If you see a post or thread that seems to be a violation of our rules, please report it immediately. This is the fastest way to fight against spam and/or people who are attempting to cause problems. If you're caught spamming, you'll be removed. No warnings, no second chances.

OUR NUMBER ONE RULENO ADS! This board is not an advertising board, it is for discussions only. Any & all ads will be removed ASAP and the poster will either be warned or banned and deleted depending on the severity of the ad. Have an affiliate link, product or offer you'd like to promote? Use your signature file to do so. Blatant ads and "end around ads" (trying to sneak an ad on the board) will cause your post to be removed and you being warned. We make no exceptions. Please read the bold warning at the bottom of this post for stronger information on spamming the board and posting ads.
OUR NUMBER TWO RULEIf you have any kind of problem with another ESF Member, take it up with them in private. Not in the forum.
SIGNATURESMaximum length of signature file is 5 lines (total 500 characters). Sig files may only be written in the normal standard font size. You may use different colours, bold, italics, underlines, images and even flash, but keep the standard font size.
LINKSLinks are restricted at first to new users - you can post a link but it will be automatically changed into a "broken" link until you have
reached 5 posts.
After the 5th post your links will appear correctly. We have instituted this automatic system to stem "drive-by" spammers who like to register on the board and leave links to dubious products, website and opportunities.
Affiliate Links ARE Allowed - but please keep in mind that you can't simply post all over the board to get your link out there... you have to actually have something to say. Don't abuse this privilege - it can easily be revoked.
ADULT CONTENTSorry, no gratuitous *nudity or excessive **profanity in the forums.
*If you are requesting that someone view a website for review which shows nudity, please indicate this clearly with your link.

occasional profanity will be overlooked
when it seems appropriate to the post. If the moderator thinks otherwise, you'll be issued only one warning.
These are all of the rules for now. But changes can happen in the blink of an eye! You never know... So make sure you check back every now and then.
