No good for me -- I suffer from spondylitis (progressive inflammation and fusion of vertebrae), so this would cripple me, but I work at my computers sitting on a large, inflated mediball, which allows me to exercise constantly and apparently pumps fluid up and down my spine.

I highly recommend it for anyone with posture or back problems.  Nothing else works as well -- once you get used to the fact that you're seated on a ball.  Like riding a unicycle for the first couple of weeks.  Now, after eight years, I can actually doze on it without mishap!
