Network Marketing => The COMPOUND Factor

Hello Partners:

Just a few thoughts to share with you (and they apply to me, every bit as much as anyone else). . .

Building success with any MLM Home Business in part, is based on the concept of COMPOUND INTEREST -- it's a "future value" -- it's "exponential growth" (like the "snowball" rolling down a hill -- gathering size -- picking up more and more snow -- getting larger and larger).

=> So it is with Network Marketing

COMPOUNDING - It's been called 'the 8th wonder of the world' -- it's the ability of an asset to generate 'earnings' -- that are then reinvested -- to generate their 'own' earnings.

It's all about understanding the 'TIME VALUE' of MONEY.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

Think of it in terms of how much money we can ACCUMULATE over time -- just by saving 'small amounts' of money -- each and every week -- in an investment account.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

PENNY 'DOUBLING' - Let's re-visit this for a momemt. Many of us are already familiar with the example of: => ". . . which would you prefer -- $1,000/day x 30 days ($30,000) --OR-- one penny 'doubling', every day x 30-31 days"?

Most will go for the first choice. Multiply it out on paper -- you'll discover that the little "penny" grows to MILLIONS in 30 days!

But look at that penny`s journey -- each single day -- separately. . .

On the 10th day for example, it's only worth $5. 12 (vs $10,000 on the first offer) -- and it doesn't even 'break' the $1,000 barrier until the 18th day (vs $18,000 on the first offer). So it's hard to believe that by "day 30" - that single little "penny" has grown into $MILLIONS.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

That's the magic of COMPOUND INTEREST -- it feeds on itself -- little by little -- week after week.

However -- it takes T-I-M-E -- and consistent E-F-F-O-R-T -- with few or NO INTERRUPTIONS -- for the compounding to actually work - to really 'take effect'.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

In the penny doubling example above -- if we spend our thousand bucks on day18 -- instead of keeping it working for us -- we will NEVER "reach" the MILLIONS. NEVER.

Instead, we have to start all over again, from ZERO -- with a new penny -- and another 30 days -- because we BROKE the momentum.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

In our Home Businesses, if we put in say, 10 hours one week -- and only 4 hours the next -- and nothing the week after that -- but then try to "make up for it" by giving it some extra time the 'following' week -- it doesn't work too well -- our results will be very WEAK.

Even though we may have 'averaged' say, 4 hours a week -- it was in 'FITS & STARTS' -- and COMPOUNDING cannot 'work' that way -- as we don't give it a "chance" to take hold. This is simply using 'one' example - but you get the point.

And not giving our business CONSISTENT TIME -- as well as PERSISTENT EFFORT -- day after day -- week after week -- is the exact same thing as 'spending' that thousand bucks on day 18.

In other words, we'll always be "starting all over again" -- from ZERO.

The right MINDSET -- ACTION -- CONSISTENCY -- PERSISTENCY -- that's what it will take for us to see RESULTS with our enterpriaes.

BANKS use it -- MORTGAGE Companies use it -- INVESTORS use it.

It's how ASSETS are built -- it's how WEALTH is accumulated.

Many investors have made 'significant' wealth -- over long time periods. It is not that they are brilliant investors. NO. It's just that they have kept at it -- 'squirreling money away' -- on a regular basis.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

Most people begin their 'investment' plan by starting small -- perhaps with Mutual Funds - similar to the way WE do, with Alliliate companies in our InVeStworks 'business'. Then, they begin a program which allows them to invest a 'fixed dollar amount' - at a regular frequency -- called 'dollar cost averaging'.

Over time, they can build a substantial portfolio, but only --IF-- they make that 'monthly commitment -- and stick to it -- no matter what.

=> So it is with Network Marketing

It takes that DAILY ACTION -- a little effort -- each day -- repeated weekly -- monthly -- yearly -- by EACH Associate.

Otherwise, consistent MASSIVE ACTION -- leading to MOMENTUM -- will never happen .

We need to - accept that there is NO spare time for "success" -- we will have to CREATE it.

Some of my 'own' thoughts on this?. . .

We need to - give at least 5 hours a week to our businesses -- of "productive hours" -- More is better.

We need to - treat this as a serious FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY -- not as a "hobby".

We need to - get out there and tell our compelling STORY -- ONline and OFFline -- to ALL -- simply, and without ANY pressure or stress (it's too good for that).

We need to - be prepared to step outside of our COMFORT ZONES, a little -- but still keep this FUN! (which it IS).

We need to - prevent the temporary MOUNTAINS Of ADVERSITY -- and the troubles of the moment -- from clouding out our hopes -- our "universe" of lifetime DREAMS, ambitions and goals -- for they are precious.

This means 'focusing' on our W-H-Y.

Nobody said reaching FINANCIAL FREEDOM was easy -- it's NOT

QUESTION => But what are the ALTERNATIVES out there right now -- for 'developing' multiple streams of PASSIVE INCOME, through "leveraging" our time, money and efforts?

Not many, at least for the vast majority of our population, and with our current economic tailspin.

KEY - Intelligent EFFORT -- applied little by little -- over and over and over -- WILL produce a handsome COMPOUND 'R-O-I' (Return On Investment) -- one that most people can only DREAM of.

But - to make it HAPPEN - we need to be commited - stay in constant contact with each other - build with the right financial and business principles - support, coach and encourage each other - and above all, stay the course (just as most Mutual Funders and Stock Marketers do).

Let's do today what others WON'T -- so we can have tomorrow what others CAN'T

QUESTION => Are we WILLING to pay the Price?

The choice is OURS.
